Solving the business problems is done within the context of the organization; which has a systemic nature. This means that a very small change may affect one or more processes and organizational culture. Therefore, the result of solving one problem may be the creation of other problems. To avoid possible impacts, we perform the following steps in all stages of problem solving cycle.
1. Identify, Analyze, and Prioritizing Problems
Problems usually become routine for the people involved with them. So they can hardly believe that there is a problem. One of the major reasons is the lack of information related to the tangible and intangible costs of the problems. In addition, some problems can only be identified through comparison with the competitive environment. In this step, We help organizations to identify, analyze, and prioritize problems.
2. Define Needs and Design Solution
To design solution, we use comparative studies, consultation with industry experts, review of similar experiences, ideation, and research and development. This approach assures customer that the best solution is considered. Also, we perform three stages of conceptual design, preliminary design and detailed design to ensure that there is a common understanding to the problem and its solution.
3. Tailoring Odoo®
After determining all details of solutions, the Odoo framework should be customized based on the detailed design document and product development plan. The capabilities of the Odoo framework allow us to carry out all the steps of data collection/creation, data validation, data aggregation and data analysis in a single and comprehensive environment to avoid data fragmentation.
3. Plan to Implement
After customizing the Odoo (as a key part of our solutions), it is time to implement solutions it in the organization. Regarding that the organization is a complex system and any change in one process, can impact some or all processes, we consider all impacts of the implementation from a systemic point of view before implementation and try to manage possible consequences during the implementation phase.
5. Implement Solution
Systems have different components (data sources, software and hardware) and each of them has specific communication protocols and considerations. Therefore, creating structural integrity between Odoo framework and all other system components, fixing all possible errors, and achieving success indicators of the entire system, is one of the most important measures in the correct implementation of solution.
6. Evaluate Solution
System evaluation will performed from two perspectives performance and efficiency. Performance evaluation data shows us the accuracy of system functionality. Efficiency evaluation data shows us how much we have helped the organization to reduce tangible and intangible costs. In addition, usually after the implementation of the solutions, new needs are created and their implementation may require changes in the system.
